I applied online, was contacted the next day regarding an interview. The interview was scheduled for the following day (should have been tipped off at how quick this process was.) When I arrived at the office, I checked in at the front desk, as I sat and waited to be called back, the 2 employees at the front desk made at least 25+ calls (in 10 minutes) to other prospective employees, saying the same thing each time (the same thing I heard the day before). During the interview, I was not asked any personal questions. They clearly could care less about my background, experience, or skills. An hour after the interview ended, I was offered the position via phone. It was a Friday and they asked if I could report for training on Saturday at the local Costco store. I thought this was odd, as during the interview I was told that the company and job do NOT consist of passing out samples in stores. After looking at other Glassdoor reviews, I found out this is clearly a lie. They draw you in using words like "marketing" "planning" "coordinator" but really they take anyone and everyone because they stick you in a store to pass out samples.
