      I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but overall, the experience didn’t reflect the type of collaboration and professionalism I look for in a company. During the discussion, one of the interviewers mentioned that developers are not supportive of accommodating automation testing, which raises concerns about the company’s testing culture and commitment to best practices. This suggests potential challenges in implementing and maintaining automation effectively. Additionally, the interview questions felt outdated and overly focused on textbook or “Google definition” answers rather than practical, hands-on experience. Many of the questions were vague and required clarification, making it difficult to have a meaningful, experience-based conversation. I value interviews that encourage open discussion about real-world scenarios, collaboration, and continuous improvement — qualities that unfortunately were not reflected in this session.
