      After an AI Interview, one or two personality tests and a video that I had to record, I've had a first call with an assistant who didn't know the ins and outs of the role, after which I got rejected without feedback. The role was stated as "head of creative" which turned out to be "senior designer" with no explanation.

      Thank you for taking the time to share this. Candidate experience matters to us and this feedback is worth addressing directly. A few points of clarification: our process does not include AI interviews. The recorded video is a standard step we use so candidates can speak in their own words before a live call. There was also one personality assessment, not two. That said, there are two things you raised that are fair. The role change from Head of Creative to Senior Designer was a real shift in our needs and it should have been communicated clearly to every candidate in the pipeline. It was not and that is on us. You deserved a straight explanation before investing more time in the process. On the screening call, we hold our team to a high standard of preparation and it sounds like that call fell short of it. We are taking that seriously. We have a standing commitment to provide feedback to any candidate who asks for it.
