Worst interview experience recently with Property first. I attended an HR Manager interview a couple of days ago. During the interview, I clearly mentioned my current package and explained my expertise. The next day, I received a call from HR saying my profile was selected, but the salary offered was much lower than my current package. When I questioned this, HR person telling this is market standard. The designation is Manager, and I have 4.5 years of experience, yet the salary offered was closer to a fresher’s level. Honestly, I felt very disappointed after hearing this. Companies should first be clear about their budget and expectations and then look for suitable candidates. Please don’t waste candidates’ time or make them feel degraded after the interview.
