Was then sent an IQ test and a motivation test (Predictive Index). Huge red flag as IQ tests are generally seen as outdated for knowledge work as they introduce significant bias into the process. Would really encourage this organization to rethink this approach. Not clear how finding patterns in shapes would relate to a project manager role. Propio is missing out on good candidates due to this.
