Had a phone screening shortly after submitting my application and met with Propllr twice in-person in their West Loop office. After the second hour-long meeting, did not hear from them either way. While it's reasonable to note that the hiring process is stressful, it would have been preferable to receive even brief correspondence that the application was not accepted since I had met multiple team members and attended in-person interviews with them over the course of a six-week period.
