First Screening with non non-technical recruiter to understand the fit. Then, a technical interview with a live coding challenge. Then, a takeaway coding assessment. Then, a behavioral + culture fit round. Got rejected in the takeaway round, and when asked for the reason gave a nonsensical answer.
