Almost none. They interview about 50 people at the same time and then fire or lose about the same amount the following week. They really only ask if you have any fellonies, and if you don't you get the job very easily.

Not too difficult, was an in person interview. Mostly asked questions on availability and hours and if we were capable of lifting at least 50 pounds. Fairly straight forward and quick.
