Pathetic interview experience. No respect for the other person’s time or experience. It was a derogatory, mismanaged mess. Waited hours for meeting that never happened. Why call a person and waste their time? And after all this, their budget somehow didn’t align with my expectations. (It was discussed during screening call). I have never seen an organisation with more pathetic management to be honest.
