First round pen and paper, with java questions and 2 programs . Average questions, we have to write the answer in 2 marks or 5 marks format. Then the best resumes will be shortlisted for second round.

They conduct the interview but didn't not even selected or rejected.it was the biggest disadvantage . So please kindly let know how are all attending the interview whether selected or not
