Contacted by a recruiter for initial screening, then contacted a few weeks later for a phone interview. I can't speak for other departments, but the recruiter and the interviewers (I interviewed with three people at once) were all polite, professional, straightforward, and slightly laid back. I appreciate that there were none of the standard "tell me about a time when you had to..." type questions.
