I underwent three video interviews for the position: one with HR, another with the director, and the final one with the team leaders. The first two interviews went smoothly, but meeting with the team was challenging and uncomfortable. They posed questions unrelated to the job and seemed intent on catching me off guard, offering little time to review examples and respond. Surprisingly, I wasn't asked any query-writing questions. My gut feeling suggests the team already had someone in mind and merely went through the motions with me.
