My interview experience with Protiviti was disappointing. The team came across as somewhat arrogant and gave the impression that candidates are expected to know everything, even for roles that offer relatively low pay. The atmosphere felt unsupportive, and the expectations didn’t seem aligned with the compensation or level of the position. Overall, it did not leave a positive impression.
