Colloquio
Met at career fair and had very positive feeling from them. Got a first round interview on campus and met with 2 people for a half hour each and someone from HR. Again, all positive interactions. Got a 2nd round in NYC. They put me up in a very nice hotel and had a pre-interview dinner the night before. The interview consisted of a presentation to us about the firm, 2 half hour interviews, lunch with 2 first year consultants and a 5 minute group presentation. The whole process was pretty easy. The day was long, it lasted from 9am to 4pm. I felt very comfortable with the firm leaving the interview and got to meet a large amount of people. Everyone was young, energetic and friendly.

Tell me something about yourself that would surprise me.
Standard behavior and case study interview. It was very conversational and informative on the company. The case study was not too difficult, I think they just want to see your train of thought and how you think.
HR interview screened a lot of ppl away. It is used to see how dedicated you are to the industry
Interesting case interview. Can be prepared well by asking AI to prepare case studies for you.
One-one interview with MD was more about knowing you as a person.

Colloquio
Contattato tramite una agenzia del lavoro, è stato fatto un primo colloquio con loro, poi un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con Protiviti.
Dopo aver passato entrambi, ci è stato erogato un mese di corsi (academy) che avevano un po' la funzione di colloquio tecnico (abbiamo dovuto fare dei progettini da presentare ai tecnici dell'azienda, ma eravamo accompagnati dai nostri insegnanti). Tutto molto tranquillo, nulla di difficile.
