Personality phone screening, second phone interview was a case study, followed by in-office round of interviews and group presentation. The process was made very easy and relaxed by HR/Operations. There was a dinner the night before the in-office interviews, which allowed the candidates to meet some of the staff.

I do not remember many of the questions other than very standard questions as this process occurred over 4 years ago.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
