Phone screen with a recruiter. Phone interview with a Senior Manager. In person interview at their office with a Manager, Senior Manager, and a Director. Final phone interview with a Managing Director. Process took about three weeks start to finish. Everyone was super nice. The interviews were not adversarial or confrontational. It was a conversation about me, my work experience, and my skills. Never felt like it was an interview, very informal and casual.
