Il processo di colloquio è strutturato in due fasi principali: inizialmente si svolge un incontro con l’HR, focalizzato sulla valutazione delle soft skill, della motivazione e dell’allineamento culturale. Successivamente, si procede con un colloquio tecnico con il Partner, mirato ad approfondire le competenze professionali, la capacità di risolvere problemi complessi e l’approccio metodologico del candidato

I had two rounds of interviews. In the first round, I went through two interviews. The first was a discussion about my experience and previous work, and the second was a consulting case interview. The second round with the director was a general discussion about experience and technical knowledge.

The interview process was great, starting with the talent team and going through to meeting with the Director group. It was seemless and well structured, overall a really good experience.
