They cold contacted me requesting an interview to be a recruiter. I was messaged on LinkedIn and told that I had an interesting background. They conducted a phone interview and then wanted to bring me in the next day. I went in and had a great conversation but then they never contacted me again. I also followed-up with them and never heard back. My advice to the company is when you are going to reach-out to someone, give them the courtesy after they come in to follow-up with them. At the end of the day, I was being used as a comparison candidate and they had no real intent of offering me the role. They simply wanted someone to compare the person they had in mind to.

They asked about my experience and difficult situations I had encountered.
Had a phone screen and then an in person interview, never heard back after multiple follow ups. Even reached out on LinkedIn and radio silence. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a job.
It was a very enjoyable interview process. While I did not receive an offer, I enjoyed the individuals I met with. I did not find the interview questions to be that difficult or out of the ordinary.

They were very prompt in their communication and clear on what the next steps would be. All of the information was provided well in advance, add well as preparatory questions.
