I had three years of industry experience and was referred by a colleague I worked with previously. With that being said, my interview process detailed three phone interviews and an in-person interview with 5 different managers. This all took place over a two week span. The interview process was quick and everything the interviewers told me turned out to be true. Did not feel like the interviewers were blowing smoke - I knew exactly what I was getting into.
