Started with campus recruiting - submitted a resume and interviewed with a recruiter on campus. From there, they flew me to the office location I desired (along with other students from my school), and I had dinner with a few members of the team that night. The next day was spent meeting with about 6 individuals, lunch, and a group activity. Very well organized, and I had a great experience.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
