Interviewed with Executive Team and MDs. Spent a day in the office meeting key leaders and listening to the type of engagements that the firm was currently involved in. It was obvious that they are a team driven firm and wanted to see where I could help out and strategically get me involved on day one.

Applied for an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, Bahrain. Spoke to senior hr Elexecutive HR for ME. It was a cold interview, no warmth afforded and did not sell the business to me at all. I was told that the interview process would take approximately 6 weeks and somebody would be in touch with feedback in about 1-2 weeks. I sent a thank you email after the call, and the reply back I got was a cold, we already told you we'd be in touch when we're ready! 4 weeks passed and I followed up with an email chasing for feedback. Still no response. I took the decision to withdraw my application given the lack of communication/urgency. I had also read reviews about the great culture at Protiviti, which sadly do not extend to the ME Region based upon previous reviews posted by others.
