The two interviews were really smooth. The case interview intimidated me at first, but the interviewer was really supportive and encouraged questions! In the behavioral interview, questions were strongly encouraged, and they asked more about what I’m interested in and what I liked about Protiviti.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Colloquio con HR che prima ha illustrato la posizione e poi ha fatto delle domande. Non ho effettuato altri step perché il mio periodo di disponibilità non era compatibile con le loro esigenze
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
