Initial interview with a recruiter. Nothing special. Second non-technical interview with upper management. The disappointing part was when the interviewers asked me if I have "lost" a beard recently. Why would you even ask me such a thing? After 10 minutes of weird questions I finally got it - they didn't know who they were interviewing which became apparent after I was asked about some particular lines of my CV. I requested to be presented with CV in question as I don't recall writing such entries in it - surprise, surprise the picture in the CV is that of another person, not me... Requested feedback from initial recruiter after the first week of waiting and I was told I will get a response "as soon as possible". After exactly 31 days later, I wrote another email asking for feedback, and I got an email template without any feedback, just saying I didn't made the cut :)

A bit later in the conversation I finally got it - they thought they were interviewing someone else.. 1 week later I ask for feedback and receive a response that I will be contacted with feedback as soon as possible. 1 month later I ask for feedback and receive a template saying I am not continuing in the hiring process.
