The interview was co-ordinated through Robert Half, of which Protiviti is a subsidiary. The interview commenced with a prep session with the RH recruiter and the interview was held with a Managing Director from both Protiviti and RH.
The interview was casual in nature with the Protiviti MD trying to get a feel for my ability to be a 'pleasant person to work with'. Following this we spoke about the requirements of the role, practice make up and my experience, all standard things.
On completion of the formal interview the RH recruiter had a debrief session and when through how I felt the interview went and what my expectations were about the outcome of the interview.

Meetings with various leaders across industry to assess where I would be the best match. Prompt follow up through the various stages of the process. All team members were extremely engaging and easy to interact with.

Initial interview and conversations with internal recruiter, then a managing director. MD interview dug deep into my background and experience. However, I never heard back after the MD interview. I followed up to inquire and no response. It was pretty unprofessional to waste a professional’s time without a simple courtesy email stating thanks but no thanks. I’m disappointed I gave them my time.
