I got a call from HR, and she scheduled my first round of interview with a panel. They asked about my experiences and a few questions related to Smartsheet. The interview went quite well. After that, I didn’t hear back from HR. I followed up with her, but she didn’t respond. After 20-25 days, she called me to inform me that I got shortlisted and she was scheduling my second round of interviews. Then, on the interview date, she canceled the interview. After that, I tried to follow up with her but didn’t receive any updates. At the very least, they should give an update to the candidate. I found it extremely unprofessional.

I turned them down because they act like they're a real consulting firm but in reality they're low level staff aug employee's that couldn't cut it at real consulting firms. Their low ball offer was insulting and I would have spit in the recruiters face had he been in front of me.
