The interview process was straightforward. First, there was a chat with a recruiter to check my English skills through both spoken and written questions. Next came a practical test where I had to solve a few hypothetical customer support scenarios. The final step was a joint interview with team managers to talk about skills, job expectations, and to answer any questions I had about the company.

You will complete a writing test before the interview with the managers. The overall process takes approximately three weeks, including the final interview, which I consider relatively fast. The writing test allows 24 hours to complete and focuses on customer support skills and written communication.
