So i got this opportunity through a staffing consultant. When i reached the facility, i was little amused with the crown around me. Then i was given with a aptitude test, which i think was extremely good to differentiate mindful candidates. Then i was told that i have cleared the written test and will b having a discussion with the HR. HR discussion went well too and i was told that the next round would be with QM who was not available that day. It took almost 5 hours that day for me to only appear for Aptitude test (40 mins timelines) and HR discussion (20 mins ), rest was the wait time.
After 2 weeks and multiple chasers to the consultant i got to know that i was not shortlisted. Probably HR would have decided whom to select or whom not select for a QTL role.
No feedback, No complete rounds of interview as conveyed, still a rejection having no reason to look for self improvement. Technically, waste of time.
