Interview went smoothly and was straight to the point in asking interview questions. Was asked about 5-6 questions. Also was asked what shift was interested in, but make sure to ask what position/shift your interviewing for, it can make or break if your offered the job. May have a 1:1 interview or panel interview. Only one interview in person, no second interview and no phone interviews unlike other hospitals.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
