The recruiter contacted me about my application and set up an interview with a panel which consisted of the manager, the director of the unit, the educator and one of the charge nurses from the day shift. They scheduled another interview a week later with charge nurses from the night and day shift. I'm still waiting for another possible interview with the rest of the staff. I have heard from a friend that the hiring process is long and drawn out. I'm keeping this in mind especially since the recruiter told them I had another offer. I am hoping that they either give me an offer or another interview because it seems like a nice place to work. It seems like a tight knit community who care about the work they do and everyone was friendly and professional as I walked through the unit.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
