resumes are screened by the HR department and acceptable candidates are sent onto the Manager and then the staff. The Staff decides who to interview. The interview is behavioral and points are awarded based on how you answer the question. Scoring is used to determine the best fit.

Tell me about a time you had conflict with a colleague, what happened, how did you resolve it and how did it turn out?
The interview process was very streamlined and quick. I was surprised at how quickly I was contacted after applying. They utilized both text and email for the first round of questions/pre-interview to determine if qualified for interviewing with the hiring manager.

Colloquio
A panel of three interviewers each took turns asking questions. Beginning with what qualities made me a good fit for the role, what drew me to the company, how the mission statement resonated with me. There was also a series of questions that questions requiring specific examples of dealing with patients in the past. The interview finished with two case studies.
