Informal. Went in was basically offered the job and then when told to check back she said oh we went another way. Very unprofessional as the interviewer was unwilling to give any negative feedback about her department. Even though there is always room to improve any where you go and for her not to know that put a bad taste in my mouth

Interview was fast and simple , with only a few questions and a case study. It was about a total of 30 minutes with a panel of three people, for me at least.

Wasn’t with actual hiring manager. Interviewer talked most of the interview. Otherwise the process was okay. Got to tour the unit post interview which was helpful for making a decision

What is an example of a time you had a special connection with a patient?
It starts with an interview with the recruiter. They send your information to the manager. I got an interview with 2 clinical supervisors. It was fairly easy since they asked basic questions that hospitals usually ask.
