Panel interview with 4-5 other pharmacists. Although they had mostly never worked the shift I was being hired for (....) they were senior pharmacist sin the dept. They really wanted to to focus on either clinical experience or co-worker relationships. If you have answers ready for all of the "what if" scenarios you will be fine. Obviously - strengths and weaknesses will be discussed....
