initial phone interview with recruiter then phone interview with two corporate directors from the region and local manager. Not very professional. i was originally applying to two different positions and that's what they told me the interview was for, so during the phone conference i was focused on the position that i liked the most. But it was very clear by their responses that i wasn't even being considered for it, it made for some confusion on my part and put me at a disadvantage for the rest of the interview
