The online interview was great, easy to follow, and much better than the typical phone interview. Within about a week, heard back for an in-person via Microsoft Teams interview and by that evening for a second interview the following week. Have yet to hear back and no clear understanding as to when or how we will receive any follow-up information but was told we would hear even if it was a "no."
One on one interview on Teams. Questions to determine if you're a good fit for the unit. Also will ask what you know about the organization and why you want to work for them.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
