Pre-screen conducted by HR personnel over the phone. In-person interview conducted in panel format -- interviewers (3) sat on one side of the table, alternating asking questions and taking notes.
I can appreciate the necessity of consistency in the process for each candidate; however, the entire process was very impersonal and somewhat cold.

The questions were very generic, and some were not related to the position at all. The interviewers seemed unprepared to interview for the specific position.
