The interview process was pretty painless. From the first phone call to start of orientation was only six weeks. I had a phone interview then was brought in for a face-to-face interviews with my potential manager and coworkers. The culture seemed great.

Within 3 seconds of submitting your resume and answering 3 very basic questions (education level, ability to work in US, 18 or older), you automatically receive a link to a video interview. It involves 11 questions. If you prepare, do it right, it takes a couple of hours. I found the lack of scrutiny and demand to be highly disrespectful.
