I was interviewed by the nurse manager and assistant nurse manager. They were both writing down my answers while I was answering their questions. It took about an hour and I was offered the job less than a month later.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker.
Got a tour and then asked a few questions then offered job right after. It was simple and straightforward. Got to talk to other staff as well and everyone seemed friendly.
