Met with a panel of 3 nursing leaders where they asked a series of questions regarding my experience, why I want to join their hospital, and clinical scenarios. They ask for individual examples with the questions that they ask, so make sure to prepare some examples for them.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
