I filled out an application online. Shortly after, I received a text and email asking if I'm able to answer some additional questions related to the job position. Once I completed that I received an email a few days later with some dates to schedule an interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and honestly, within a few minutes I knew it wasn't a good fit for me, nor that I was the person the hiring manager was looking for to fill the role. She said she likes to start the interviews off and then have the team do one, to save everyone's time. Which I thought was nice. But my issue was that almost every other minute, she consistently pointed out the experience I did not have. It made me feel terrible and unfit, and I even stated that I don't think I'm fit for the role in an effort to end the interview early. Ultimately, I was no longer interested in the position. Wasn't a good experience overall.
