I was invited to interview with the hiring manager within a week of applying. The interviewer told me to reach out with any additional questions at the end of the interview and then ghosted me for a month despite several follow up emails. I only knew I had been declined the position because they eventually updated the career portal. Very unprofessional and speaks to poor culture/leadership. Will not apply again.

Interview process was easy but not very structured. Questions were repetitive. However TAG and leadership is very polite. The facility is also great. Took about 3 round and also most questions were around AI

I had two interviews in total, one with the executive recruiter and another with the hiring manager and a c-suite executive. The recruiter interview was over the phone, and the second interview was via Zoom.
