Interview with them twice, 2 years back and as recent as last month. Well, few things have not changed.
They are very prompt as scheduling interviews for initial few rounds, however the HR goes incommunicado after the HR round or 5 rounds. I understand they might be scouting for other resources or have already rejected a candidate, but a short communication really helps.

First round is Screening interview , Second round is Technical interview , Third round is Managerial Interview and Fourth round is HR Interview process where you will have offer discussion along with perks

OOPS concepts like constructors, C# / .Net concepts like reflection - advantages,, disadvantages, ASP.Net performance features - caching, Database optimization techniques - People management based questions. I was expecting the interview to be at the level of Senior Engineering manager, while it turned out to be a developer role based questionnaire. Looks like the role definition isn't being bothered in the interview rather what the interviewer skill set and what he wants to ask upon
