I had an interview scheduled and joined the meeting on time, but the interviewer never showed up. Despite notifying the team and receiving vague responses, I never received a follow-up or explanation. Shockingly, my application was marked as “Interview Completed," and there is literally no update. As a working professional who was genuinely excited about the role, this experience felt deeply unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
