I had an initial phone interview with the Vice President of Recruiting. It was just an overview of the company and the role. The only question he asked me was did I have any sales experience. After that I was invited to a webinar. It really had nothing to do with me since it is geared towards licensed loan officers. After that I was asked how I liked the webinar and can I come to the office for a second interview. At the interview did a little research on about the mortgage industry which impress the hiring director and I was offered the job on the spot.
