Too much sugar coated talking. First the HR called me and eaten my brain regarding how good the company is and how much they liked my profile blah blah for at least half an hour before actually scheduling my interview. It started with a technical round of around 1 hour, then system round of 2 hours, half an hour of presentation round, then a formal HR discussion, then again an HR round, again one technical round for 1 hour, then some MD round which I didn't attend as I was frustrated till then. Most importantly they asked me to submit my original documents and I was shocked. I denied straightaway and they told it is compulsory if I want the offer. Believe me if you really don't want to waste your two days skip the interview. They were only interested in asking the certificates.
