It was one of the smoothest interview processes I've ever experienced. The whole process was clearly communicated from the onset and in each round, everything was very clear and the people were extremely understanding.

Standard interview: a screening call with a recruiter and then a separate technical test. The technical test via online platform. First part: testing questions, second coding tasks. Questions were detailed and were checking specifics of the programming language.

Started smooth,, but they trust more the AI interview tools. If you like this process you can be interviewed. Even I got back to proceed to the next step, they automatically cancel the process using AI tools

The interviewer was clearly reading a prompt when asking, moving on the chair so much that it was annoying at some point. I declined the 2nd interview after considering the salary expectation, which didn't differ much comparing with a normal contract.
