The first part was ok, it was a screening where the interviewer asked some general questions about myself and my expertise, and I got to know more about the company.
The second part was a technical exam with 3 questions, all in Kotlin, involving object mapping, connecting the UI to live data, and RxJava operations.
The third part was an interview with someone from Karat. This part wasn't good. The interviewer had a list of questions regarding the Android ecosystem in general and an algorithm and data structure at the end.
The questions were asked coldly, and, apart from the fact that the Karat tutorial said that I could ask questions to the interviewer for clarification, she would just bluntly say "I can't help you". When I was answering a question, sometimes she also cut me coldly and moved to the other one. This made me anxious. At the end there was an algorithms and data structure question, which had to be made in 20 or 30 minutes, I don't remember exactly, but I didn't finish it in time, as my mind was already quite exhausted from the questions and the anxiety related to how the interview was conducted.
