The application process began by submitting answers to three questions on Proxima's website and uploading your CV. This was a simple exercise - although it took a while to write concise and to-the-point answers. The interview was held in Cheapside, London. The morning lasted between 9am-12pm, and was a varied and enjoyable experience. It began with an hour long breakfast where you met other candidates and current employees of Proxima - so a nice social start to the morning. A senior member of staff was there who gave a short presentation/speech about Proxima and what it is like to work there and we were invited to ask questions. Following this, we each had a 45 minute interview with 2 Proxima staff members and were asked to give a short presentation of roughly 5 minutes (this was asked for in advance so we had time to prepare). This was followed by some Q&A and then more formal interview questions. To finish the morning off, we were invited to a Q&A panel with current employees - to ask them more about their work, what they'd enjoyed, their challenges etc. which was more of an informal forum where we were invited to ask whatever we liked about Proxima. Overall, a very positive and welcoming experience which gave a very good impression of the company.
