it was a 3 interviews an initial screening. then a technical assessment over teams sharing screens in excel that was time constrained. finally an in person competency interview to assess the suitability for the role.

After completeing the initial screening, I was invited to a technical interview, focusing on my excel skills. I was given a dateset and a set on questions to work through whilst i shared my screen to be assessed. The interviewer hid his camera and mic so I could focus easier. I initally found it difficult unitl I worked out which first steps I needed to take. I could also use AI to help when creating formulas. Towards the end of the session, my excel crashed, I was able to complete the assignment and email over my completed report by the end of the day. This was really helpful as it gave me a chance to showcase my skills. I haven't heard back yet, but i'm at least hoping for some valuble feedback.
