The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

It was strange from the get-go. It took about a month since application for the recruiter to reach out. Recruiter themselves didn't seem much engaged into doing their work. We had a chat, I was promised a feedback. Several weeks later, there was nothing. Attempts to reach out brought nothing. Quite a low example of hire ghosting.

Generic questions. One for which the discussion stood out was salary expectations.
Premier contact par téléphone. Dans mon cas, il s'agissait d'une interview avec manager et autre personne avec un profil plus technique. Par la suite une autre interview avec des profils des resources humaines. Dans ces deux interviews, tout s'est agréablement passé.
