An agent connected me with an internal recruiter which not been able to provide much information about the job or the company. She asked some basic questions about things that were already on my cv and booked me an initial call with someone from the team. When I had this second call the guy was super rude and unprofessional. He complained about my CV (I suspect he did not have my CV but some sort of short form made by the recruiter). He did not present anything about the role or the company, asked a few technical questions, and then wanted me to do a tech task. I raised the fact that I'd been informed that this would just be an initial call and not a tech interview and he replied in a rude and headless way. At this point, for the first time in my life, I decided to stop the interview in the middle. This is not the type of environment one would like to work in.

Colloquio
Two interviewers, at first explained about Proxymity company and product. Second, they asked about my experience. Later on, they asked about the impact I created in my current company. Last part was questions about Spring and Kafka.
